Team Qualifications (Requirements)

- IICRC Certifications a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities)
- Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the contents division and across departments
- Demonstrate strong self-management, organization, and time-management skills
- Write estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack-backs, and laundry restoration services
- Manage job schedules, labor coordination, and project timelines
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and service
- Assist other departments as needed and maintain strong working relationships across the company
- Represent the Paul Davis brand professionally at all times
- Communicate clearly and proactively with internal staff, customers, quality assurance teams, and insurance adjusters
- Meet clients and adjusters on-site to resolve issues and provide professional recommendations
- Perform job site re-inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving questions and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain organized, clean, and properly stocked vehicles, equipment, and warehouse inventory
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining profitability and quality standards
- Supervise pack-outs, detailed inventories, and evaluation of salvageable versus non-salvageable items
- Ensure proper documentation, chain-of-custody procedures, and handling of customer belongings
